Well none is really good for you, but if you are going to drink, I belive vodka has a lower number of calories, vodka and diet coke is only 56 cal, But alcohol will mess with alot of things in your body, such as your insulin spiking and dehydration. But i cant really say dont drink because i have been know to throw a couple back.

ultra light beers....although u may look wussish drinking them....so vodka is probably best...skip any fillers like cokes or whatever..it's just extra calories....alcohol is calorie laiden as it is...7 calories per gram...only 2nd to fat in this regard....
As Lukas said if possible dont drink ...it messes u up more than u know...1 night of drinking may mess up your results in the gym for a week...it dehydrates you....fatigues you...etc....IF you must drink....'nurse' you drinks for as long as possible...hold that 1 beer the whole night if u have to....
