Recently lost 60 pounds and nearly 40 inches through diet and using resistance type machines. Ready for more challenges, just joined "real" gym. Legs, butt very developed want to maintain those curves, abs need work, as well as arms, don't want upper back much more develped. Where do I start? Free weights or machines? If machines, which ones, in any particular order?
