Hi my name is Eliann, I recently became a member and seriously I don't even know what I'm doing :surprised:...I got my routine of the exercises I have to do when I go to the gym, now...My goal is to loose weight and be fit, How do I know how much weight should I put on the machines, when is it to much? I don’t want to be a body builder; I just want to be tight

Since you are a beginner, you will have to experiment as to how much weight you need. Everyone is different so I cannot suggest a weight. What I would suggest is to put a weight that you think is reasonable for each exercise. If that weight was easy, increase that weight amt for the next time on that exercise. If too much, reduce the amt. As for being a bodybuilder, do not worry, that will not happen by doing a good workout. Good luck
