i was just wondering if its allrite to mix glutamine with my whey protein and creatine shake or drink it separate and also i no that im supose to chug half the shake afterward and then sip it down for thirty minutes but would it be allrite to drink the entire shake since its not alot and then sip some milk with the cassien protein for thirty minutes
Taking the L-glutamine with your PWO shake is fine. A lot of people, myself included, think taking the creatine pre workout is better. Reagardless, drinking 1/2 your PWO shake right off and sipping the other 1/2 is done for a reason. You need fast acting after your workout, the milk is slow acting, the whey is fast acting.
