Im 15 years old and Im 6'4, 185. For football my coaches are asking me to get over 200 by the start of next season but all in muscle gain. I have been having problems gaining the weight even though I lift 5 times a week. I know about creatine but really have no intrest in messing with the stuff. What should i do?
List your workout routine here so it can be critiqued, start eating to gain and get plenty of rest. At your age you should have no problem making significant gains by next season. Avoid creatine right now, with the right workout, diet and rest, you won't need it.
