hi im 146 pounds and 5'7 im trying to get to 160 pounds. im taking protein 3 times a day in the morning, after workout, and then before bed. im thinking about taking pump-tech after i finish protein. but i dont know what to do?? protein??weightgainer???or pump-tech?? help please

Your 18, take the whey post workout with some simple sugars. Drink 1/2, then sip the other 1/2 over 30 minutes. Get the rest of your protein from whole food. Eat right, workout hard adn get your rest and you'll see significant gains.

Like glucose tabs, you can find them in the diabetic section of most drugstores.
