I was unde rthe impression that to increse muscle mass quickly you should do low reps like 6-8 but my training program on this site suggests using reps between 10 and 20 reps, it this right, will this help me get bigger? And i am curretly doing a full body workout 2 times a week and now it's telling me to only work each muscle group only one is this right?
The first set given on this site if I remember correctly is always20, this is intended to be a warm-up set. After that I beleive the # of reps drops somewhat. The programs here generally have you working each body part once a week.
