Okay well every day I spend about 2 hours in the gym. Usually I do all of the leg workout weight machines about 25 repetitions each and then an hour on the elliptical and 30 mins on the treadmill. After this I have a protein shake. Will this help me get leaner and thinner, or just bulk up my muscles? I really dont want bulky muscles but just thin toned legs. Should I keep drinking the protein shakes or stop and continue with my exercise regimen? Please help! Thanks!

one protein shake with after your routine wont make you get bulky especially with the amount of cardio you do. also if u would like to burn more fat i suggest doing cardio in the morning before you eat anything; that way your body will burn fat for energy instead of the food in your stomach.:big_smile:
