hi
use to work out 5 days a week ,for almost 3 years
,then I stopped for almost 18 month ,due to work .
gain some wait ,and know im out of shape .
I hate to go to the gym,and find out ,I cant lift ,what I use too ,or at least not able to gain it back soon .
any tips on how should I start ,? should I lift lite ,or go heavy , any tip ,ill be very grateful

you are now a complete beginner...so start a program as such...
what program you choose is up to your preference...I prefer low reps doing big lifts (squats, deadlifts, chin ups, dips, military presses, bench)
