I just started this program for a week now, but before this i was doing similar things and still eating healthy but not losing any weight. I dont think im burning more calories what do you guys suggest. I weight 210 pounds and am 5'7 (not so good) 20 years old. I have fat on belly, obliques and man boobs. If i keep following the Intermediate weight program and the 12 week ab schedule you guys think i should lose all the belly fat and man boobs?

I think you still need to check your diet... I have no idea what your eating but if I was to guess I would say thats your biggest issue. I would suggest maybe even writing down how many cal's, protien even carbs to see what you are taking in each day. Also how many times a day are you eating? Small meals or Large meals?

What J-Mar was getting at is you need to determine your maintenance calories and go from there. I will IM you something on it, check your inbox. Bottom line is, you need to be taking in less calorie than your expending. Another way I saw bb1 refer to it is less energy in, more energy out. Both mean the same, one may make more sense to you than the other though. There has to be a calorie deficit. This is how you will lose weight ultamately. The message I sent you will explain in more detail. As far as the intermediate weight program and ab schedule shedding the belly and man boobs, diet is what's gonna do it. The programs will help in the sense of building lean mass.
