Guys.....I need some help......I stopped working out for about 1 year, and I lose my muscle mass and gained about 10 pounds. Now I am getting back to the gym and trying to regain my muscle mass. I was very slim and not I am not so slim. Instead of gaining 10 pound, the biggest problem I lost all my strenght and now I need help getting back to it. What should I take can as supplments?
