What you need to do is not focus on your abs all the time bacause you won't lose weight around the middle just doing ab routines, you need to do 30-45 mins of cardio, light weight training, and exercises that work your entire body, 4-5 dayz a week. Burning more than you consume, that's the only way you will achieve ultimate weight lost. Keep your diet consisting of veggies, fish, chicken, ect. And definitley consume your 100% whey protein skakes everyday! Good luck on toning up your ENTIRE body!
