hello everybody, just wanted to say hey, i'm new on here, gonna try this site out. but i did have one question. i'm a pretty active guy, but when working out, i have a hard time sticking to it for long periods of time. i'll work out for about a month and then i tend to loose my motivation. can anyone give me any suggestions or advice on how to better stick with it? Thanks

Matt

Read your profile, try looking their first, you said your not happy with the way look now, your goals are very achievable. But only if you stick with it. Make that your motivation.

Some people do not like haveing a workout partner.. But to me I enjoy having someone there to help push me and I do the same for them.. Its a great way to get the intensity level up and motivate both of you each and every week. Set a goal which is reachable and then go for it. Once you see your progress you will have all the motivation you need. Just gotta keep dedicated. Good luck
