hey i am 5'8 165lbs and i am 18. I was wondering how to tone up before my grad i grad in june and i need some help.... my buddy picked me up some 8mg ephedrine and ive been mixing it with caffene. run 5 days a week and hit up the gym 5 days a week, maby some one could send me a basic diet to loose fat and gain muscle?? some one please help i only got about 70 days, my e-mail adress is m_g_d21@hotmail.com any tips would help alot.. thanks
