i am 14 years old and am in serious need of at least losing 40 pounds. i weigh 230 pounds and everytime i try to excercise or watch my food, it comes back at me. i need to lose this weight in about a three month time period. i've tried every other site for assistance, but they all want me to pay for it. any suggestions?
First tell us what you mean by "it comes back at me"? We also need to know what you're doing as far as diet and exercise. If you haven't already looked -- the diet and nutrition forum has several thumb tacked posts that tell you what kind of foods to eat. You'll get plenty of help on this site but you need to help us by being more specific with your questions.
