i'm wondering about supplements like hydroxycut, would you guys suggest these kind of supplements when someone was cutting down? Do they actaully help you decrease your BF% quicker? You see all those ads in magazines with all these people who have had amazing results while on the product, i'm sure that comes with alot of dedication as well but is this something that would be worth the purchase? Has anyone used any supplements like these?
This is totally up to you. I personally don't beleive in them. They all depend on diet and exercise to work properly. If you just do the diet and exercising you'll get the same results. Save your money.
