hi. i'm 5'8" around 170 lbs. i have a big belly and almost visible chin. i want to remove my belly fat and i wanted it fast asap so i thought of muying TWINLAB RIPPED FUEL XTREME CUT AND MUSCLE MILK. i have never tried taking thermogenics b4. i wanna know if this combo is good or will it give me side effects considering it's my first time.? tnx..

I would not suggest Muscle Milk in your case. Muscle Milk, though heavy in good fats, is thus high in calories. Your needs from your post are a caloric deficit. No sense in adding a high calorie supplement to your intake. :big_smile:

ok so i will not take muscle milk, but the weight loss supplement, is it okay to take that? and when shuld i take that? tnx for the reply.

oh and btw, do you have any link to show me info on doing the proper caloris deficit and the daily nutrient requirement and stuff? tnx again

Taking the weight loss supplement is up to you. I personally would not. A lot of people beleive in them, I don't. All of them working is dependant on diet and exercise which if you just do you will acheive the same results. As far as a calorie deficit just eat healthy, there's a list of good food choices across the board in the specific diet and nutrition forum in a thread titled "grocery list for healthy eating". Keeping your calories in less than those out is a calorie deficit, and that is ultamately what you want to be doing.
