does ayone have a good work out plan to lose 30 lbs before the summer, thanks, and how many calories should i eat, since im not that rich and could not afford all those healthy foods, i just eat what my dad brings home, thanks all

-Do whole body training twice a week
Monday:
Squats: 5,5,5
Pull Ups/Pulldowns: 5,5,5
Dips:5,5,5
Friday:
Deadlift:5,5,5
Military Presses:5,5,5
Bench Press:5,5,5
use 75-80% for the 5 rep working sets...use 1-2 warm up sets per exercise with 30-60% of 1rm using 5-15 reps....
-Do light 20 min run Tueday
-Do HIIT for 20-25 min on Wednsday
-Thu Off
-Saturday light 20 min run
-Sun HIIT for 20-25 min
