hey, i need to know how to lose atleast 15 pounds in 9 weeks. somebody please give me advice on how to maybe including some type of meal plan too, that would be so helpfull. thanks
i am 14. i am 5"9 and weigh 176, i am not all fat and i do have some muscle. for breakfest i usually have a bowl of cherrios with milk and a glass of apple juice. for lunch i usually have a ham sandwich with a glass of milk and some fruit. and for dinner it changes frequently from fish to beef, chicken. sometiems pasta. please tell me anything that i can do do lose 15 pounds in 9 weeks! please it would help me so much. (actually 20 pounds but 15 is almost there)
