Hi everyone, my names Matt. I'm pretty much new to the boards (first time posting anyway).
I've been around the board the past few weeks and found some really useful information but i'm looking for a bit of advice for my own workout.
Basically i've done weight training on and off for the past 3 years (mostly off :()and just recently in the past month picked it up again. I only have access to free weights right now which basically consist of two dumbbells. I feel things have been going ok with the routine I’ve got since i started only a month ago, but what i wanted to ask was, i'm doing 3 training sessions a week but found that cutting it back to just two last week one with heavier weights and one with light weights really seemed better and i had more energy to complete the training, would just two sessions a week be enough or should i really be doing three?
One other question is i just bought a pull-up bar and wondered weather it would be ok to use once a week in between my weight training days as a bit of variety.
Thanks in advance :)
