Everyone always says the same thing. Diet and exercise. But for all the people who claim they are lazy...Easier said than done. I was once in your situation, what I did was I began walking/ bike riding every day for about 30 min. Even by just doing that, the pounds started to shed. I also started to watch what I ate, I still enjoyed all my favourite foods, but watched portion sizes. I ate healthy throughout the week, but allowed myself to cheat a bit on weekends, and have a few of those "unhealthy snaks" (keeping portion sizes in mind) I knew that this eatting style would work for me in the long term and that I could stick wtih it, and not give up on my eatting habbits in a few days, which most diets do.
Simply going for 30 min walks and watching how I ate, I lost 15lbs in a couple of months.
As I started to get into better shape, I began to have more energy. I then started running, and weight lifting. Believe me, even for the so called lazy people, this is possible!! Simple cardio will allow you to loose weight overall, including your arms.
As for not having access to fitness equipment, that is ok. There are plenty of exercises that you can do without equipment to tone up your arms such as push-ups.
This worked for me, maybe it can do the same for you. Hoping, this can get you started, best of luck!
