With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I currently do a 3 day split where I work out on Tues, Wed and Friday. Although I say that I have to switch the days up almost every week. One week I will workout T,W, and F, then the next week M, W, and Sat. It is almost never the same days from week to week although I do get all of my workouts in. Will this slow my progress down or could this fall into the category of keeping my muscles guessing?
