Hey all! I only have time to work out 4 times a week and a couple of months ago i used to leave a day for Biceps and triceps. Recently i started a new program in which I do chest and triceps and back and biceps. I want to start doing biceps and triceps in the same day again but that leaves me working out 5 times if i include shoulders,legs,back and chest with there individual days. Any advice?
Alternate upper & lower body workouts and think compound exercises (using more than one muscle group) such as, chins, press ups, chest press, military press, squats keep changing your routine to add variation.:)
