Im 6'2 240, obviously I have more mass (FAT) on my upper body. Anyone similar to me or who has been like me, which exercise routine from the fitness plans should I start. Progressive or Weight loss and Toning? thanks

When I started about 3 weeks ago I was 269, and I'm 6'2 as well.

I've probably lost atleast 15 pounds by now. The biggest change for me was food. If you eat a well balanced diet it'll happen for ya. As far as my workout, I do about 30 minutes of weight lifting and 30 minutes of cardio after that. If you want to follow the FT program, you should probably do weight loss and toning to begin and lose a lot of the extra fat.
