I have lost a considerable amount of weight on a low carb diet , 75 pounds to be exact. I want to be able to eat a more well-balanced died and not have to worry about gaining weight due to carbohydrate intake.
You can start back on carbs but you need to do it slowly. bb1fit had a post on that but I can't remember where it is - probably in the diet and nutrition forum. I've only done the low carb thing once and it was hard to get back into a balance. I pretty much stuck with various types of beans, greens, sweet potato and the like. I don't eat starchy foods or potatoes so it wasn't hard for me. Congratulations on the weight loss by the way.
