I'm going to Army Airborne school and haven't EVER done a pull up - OK maybe one. I also need to increase my run to an 7-8 minute mile. I currently run about a 10 minute mile pace when doing 5 miles. Any suggestions for a quicker run and upper body workout (I'm stuck in the push-up, sit-up, 2 mile routine). Female, 140lbs, 37 y.o. Thanks!
