On My exercise plan ive got to do chin ups but i have not got a bar. I also do not have acsess to a tree branch. Is there another exercise i can do that will work the same musules.
If you have weights and/or access to a gym, seated cable row, one arm row(dumbbell), bent-over barbell row, straight arm pull down, lat pulldown. You can get bars to fit in a door frame that can easily be removed when not in use
