I have been working out regularly for over a year now. I wieght train and do light cardio. Over the year I have seem moderate results, but nothing too impresive. I take protein shakes and I recently started to tak no-xplode in attempt to gain musscle mass. No matter what I do though I can't seem to see real results. I look around the gym and I see guys that are cut and have twice the muscle I do and lifting less weight. Needless to say I'm beginning to get frustrated. I am 26 I weigh 147 or so and am 5'11". If anyone can recomend what to eat, additional supplimets, anything would be appreciated. I would like to add about 10-15 lbs of muscle without getting fat. I would love a 6 pack, but I can't seem to get rid of the small layer of fat over my stomach. So I've sucomed to the fact that I probably never will have one. Thanks for any help.
Take some time and visit the specific diet and nutrition forum. Read and start eating from the "grocery list for healthy eating". Learn healthy eating there as wel. Just eating those foods and learning how to eat alone will do wonders. Supplements aren't what make you, diet, working out hard and resting are, in that order. Good luck and welcome to FT!
