My main goal is to loose fat around my mid-section and I have alot to loose. My question is when is the best time to do my ab workout, should I being doing it my cardio days before or after my cardio, or should I included it when I workout with weights? Or can I do it everyday. Also if my goal is to get rid of alot of excess fat around my stomach should I being doing my ab workouts with resistance or not. Or is my cardio going to do the most work in that area and I should not be worried about working the abs directly as much....Please help lots of questions...Thanks
This is another of those most asked questions. Treat your abs like every other muscle group and put them in your rotation. You can do sit ups or crunches till the cows come home and it won't make any difference. What it all boils down to is overall body strength. If you have excessive fat it gets back down to diet.
