I have a quick point of clarification. In the personalized exercise plans it will recommend 20 reps for an exercise that is lateral. Therefore you have to exercise the left arm and then the right. Does this recommended 20 reps for each arm or both arms in total. I have been using the site for about 3 years and this is a question I have always been curious about.

I'm new here, but it is my understanding that 20 reps would be 10 reps each arm. One of my exercises said to alternate so thats what I got out of it. Plus 20 just seems like a lot when they are having you generally do 4 sets, don't you think?

wow! I guess you just learn something every day. Pretty sad that I'm sore after yesterday's workout and I only did 1/2 of the prescribed Reps. Good thing I'm only at the beginning of my program! Thanks guys!

<- Blonde at times! Okay.. So if it is telling me that I am to do a set of 20 lunges then it will be 10 each leg. Correct? And if I'm alternating arm curls then it would be 10 each arm as well.
Please confirm for me. Thanks!
