I just started ft this week. Already next week I have to travel and eventhough I plan to take some resistance bands with me I know I won't be getting in a full workout. I plan to keep up with my cardio, 2 or 3 miles of walking a day.
My question is: Should I restart my date, or pick up where I leave off when I return home?

Take your bands with you and try to get in as much as you can on your trip...that way your muscles will still be tuned when you get back to your regular workout
