I haven't actively exercised in years. I was extremely sick about this time last year and got down to under 100lbs. Well, after I was better, I ate and ate and continue to eat. We do not eat very healthy here and my boyfriend and his son never have. I can't afford a gym membership right now, so I chose a program I can do right here. I'm not sure if I chose the right one however. I was hoping someone could help me to get started.

No problem. Fill out your profile completely so people here know more about you and what goals you have set for yourself. I can tell your female, but what do you weigh? Which program are you using? Is your bf participating? What are your goals? Get your profile filled out and answer some of these questions.
