When your busy making other plans..I blew my week,exercise wise..ok well I still did my walking and worked out on Mon/Tues..but come Wed I petered out...I got so caught up in what was going on around me,,,kids...rushing dog to vet etc...I was out of energy and ironically I realize that exercise contributes to a great deal of extra energy.

I feel only slightly guilty and know that tomorrow I will faithfully get back on track...I did eat well all week,that doesnt seem to change..

But it is true that life gets in the way of even the best laid plans...c'est la vie
