In my workout in the fitness plan from here it says to do this workout. I dont go to the gym I have freeweights at home I use. What can I use as a substitution to this exercise?

any other kind of calf raises.....do them on a step, set up a block of wood to do them on, sit on your bench and put weights on top of your legs and do them, the possibilities are endless
Thanks for the input. Unfortunately the description didn't have a picture so I could not tell exactly what the exercise was or how it was done, which made it difficult for me to think of another way to do it. Thanks again
