ok...so ive got plenty of size...but i want ppl to c it now. so when cutting should i cycle off of my protine and creatine or just cut down on my intake. i usually have 2 servings of each per day. im also taking lipo-6. cardio 3x a wk for about 45 minutes each day and a lower calorie diet are also included. im lifting lighter as well. any suggestions r welcome. thanks again.
