Lower back, love handles and abominal fat are the last areas your going to lose weight. your face and extremities come first. Go to the speciic diet and nutrition forum and read and eat from the "grocery list for healthy eating" and read "diet thread". That will help get you going and shed some light on the subject. And it really depends on your genetics as well. The body will lose fat where it wants to. Some people lose fat quicker in their stomachs than their thighs. Women tend to lose fat in their breasts. I know I lose the fat quickest on my arms than anywhere.
