Could you please help me with a routine involving only dumbells and an elliptical trainer at home. I'm looking to lose about 10lbs and do some serious toning up. I had a baby 1 year ago and I went from 140lbs to 197lb while pregnant. I now weigh about 148lbs. My upper thighs and lower butt are very dimply. I'm also following a low carb diet. I would like to use my elliptical on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday and weight tain on the other days. I really need to tone up. I'm been taking my son to swim classes and I'm so embarrassed to wear a bathing suit. Please help me.
