I have been doing fitness plan given to me on this website which helped me lose 10lbs. But now I'm in the last week of the exercise program and I have been the same weight for almost 5 weeks. I'm 5'4 158lb and i was trying to lose at least 25lbs by April but I am making no progress. I always eat healthy (no high fat, no high sugar, mostly baked foods) and I work out either 4 or 5 times a week with both running on the track or doing some other cardio and lifting weights. I need to seriouly lose weight and I'm starting to lose motivation. Any suggestions would be greatful.

dimple...weight loss is done in the kitchen. Take a look at your diet. Give us a typical day diet wise and we'll be able to give you a better idea of what to tweak.

Mornings I usually drink a protein shake or eat a couple of slices of turkey bacon with a slice of bread. Lunch is usually a bowl of fruit or bowl of salad with water or diet pepsi. Dinner is with either a choice of baked porkchops or chicken or a small round steak with two vegetables. Snack is sometimes a fruit cup or baked lays w/hot sauce. Hopefully that a good enough example of my day.

cut the fruit or chips before sleep...if you must eat something make sure it's more protein based...like a whey shake, cottage cheese, etc....
I would have a bigger breakfast adn lunch...try eating oatmeal for breakfast along with with a couple of eggs.....
Lunch should be a decent size meal....small/medium piece of chicken with a baked yam/sweet potato and a serving of broccoli....
