I am a 26y.o overweight female. I just began my fitness program recently and when I do cardio, my heart rate is always high. I am out of shape so my rate is high when I am not even working very hard. I am at abhout 85% of my max heart rate, I guess working in the cardio range instead of the fat burning range. I want to lose fat but if I am working in that percentage, am I still going to lose fat?
