2 Questions...

1) I usually stick with the Incline Bench Press and the good ol' regular Bench press to work out my chest. But some sites say that it's necessary to have the decline bench in one's workout too. Should I being doin’ all three?

2) Which is a more effective back workout, Lat pull down or the bent over row, or should I be doing both?

1) i have heard that declined is just for looks, so if you are going for strength than you dont need to do them.

2) skip lat pulldown and do pull-ups.....i do bent over rows in addition to pull-ups, but i dont know if they are completely necessary.
