I am currently attempting to increase bicep, chest and ab muscles. I am not in this for strength, just the look. As of before starting I had some minor fat rolls on the stomach when sitting (does everyone have them?), but everything flopped a little. I can still get away with wearing "small" tshirts... I just want a more toned look. I started out 11 stone 8... I was 11 stone 6 on Saturday.

I have implemented as many ab exercises one day, and as many bicep/chest exercises on the other day. I have upped my walking level and cut my food level. I am drinking more water now, and doing around about 2000 step sprint sessions up and down the stairs whenever I get the chance. Not every day.

I have been at it for approx a week and a half now. Is this plan enough for that I will notice a difference. I have lost weight... but I don't generally look much different.

Sammy.

You can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, you have to choose to do one or the other. I suggest for you still do your workouts but cut your calorie intake. Once you think you have lost enough fat. Then boost the calories you eat along with alot of protein and with steady intence workouts you should beable to put on the muscle you want. This very well take a couple months don't get discouraged becasue its not a quick fix, it is well worth it.

Fill out profile, can't even tell if u're male or female....leaning on male....

Generally u won't notice much difference for a couple of months...with a good training program/nutrition...the weight fluctuation can be water weight difference more than anything...

You're taking a wrong approach....you want to train ALL muscles then just training beach muscles....you want big chest/bi/abs? well good luck getting them with your current routine...you want to use big compound exercises that train the whole body....you can get nice 8pack and big arms without ever doing any specific exercises for those 'body parts'....

my suggestion is to focus on big exercises that train whole body

Squats
Deadlifts
Pull Ups
Dips
Bench Press
Shrugs
etc

I have got pretty decent 6-8pack and good sized arms without training either in over 6 months...

You also can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time for the most part so I suggest picking a goal and sticking with it....goal of losing 1 lb a week or gaining 1 lb of muscle every two weeks are good goals....

While dieting I highly suggest fish oil supplement....6-10g daily....in 2-3 portions....with meal preferably....
