ok, im an 18 year old male and in the last 3 months ive been loosing weight i used to weigh like 170 and now im 142. in that time i decided to start eating more healthly.. ive drastically reduced junk intake and have been eating more balenced.. my mom is a health nut and she can always provide good stuff to eat. and for the last year or so ive been doing sit ups and push ups right before i go to bed, i dont do much cardio but i do have a old training bike in the basement. i can notice very prominent abs, they are very defined (under the excess fat).. what am i doing wrong, i am not happy with my stomach and chest, even though i am noticing great improvments with my pec muscles. and should i be doing sit ups and push ups before bed (i do about 30 of each)
schecter, you face the same problem as 99% of the people that first come here do...DIET. Take a minute and fill out your profile so when you do post a thread people will know more about who you are and what your goals are. With that said, head over to the specific diet and nutrition forum and do some browsing, you'd be amazed at how much you can learn. Also try doing a search at the bottom of the page. Like I mentioned, almost all questions have been answered numerous times in great detail. don't get me wrong, people here are the best when it comes to helping others, but do a little leg-work on your own first.
