Hey There,

I really need some direction. I have an 11 month old son and I need to create myself a new schedule of working out. Before the baby, I did cardio and weight training 3 times a week. I did the elliptical for 30 min and weights for 30.

Since the baby I've only been able to do 20 min of elliptical everyday. I guess I figured as long as I'm doing the elliptical than eventually everything would fall into place. Ok, but its not. I'm so tired all the time. My baby keeps me on the run so I have to make sure that what ever routine I follow I can still function and take care of him afterwards.

So can anyone help me. I'm not looking for an easy way out, I just need something more managable to follow.

Any ideas for me?

How has your diet changed...make sure you tweak it will....Do you have bands/ball/bar etc at home? If not investing in something for home (bands are very versatile) so that you can get in some resistance training....Do you have an elliptical at home or do you go to a gym for it? If you go to the gym then alternate one day cardio next day weights (do a full body routine that can be varied)

I have the whole deal at home. The elliptical, weights and bands. How much cardio should I be doing and how much weights, and how many times a week?

I've got my diet down pretty good. I do low carb and drink lots of water.

Also, what kind of exercises should I do?
