hi can some one help me out here i want to lose 15kgs in 6 weeks but dont know where to start how much should i be eating a day i dont eat much as it is but im still fat would it be possible to eat a small breakfast and lunch and no dinner how much should i excercise i love walking curious about weights as i would love to tone up but i wanna do it fast
