Im a 44 yr old female trying to get into shape and I can use all the advise I can get out there. I am trying to get the stomach area to tighten up from where I had the kids yrs ago what can I do ive went from a size 3 x to a size 8 in the past 7 yrs but the loose skin needs tightened up some its not all that bad but the stomach area is my complaint at the moment what can I do other than what I already am doing im taking realacore and exersizing set ups every day and drinking herbale teas.
Check out the fitness resources button on the top of the page. Great ideas in there, even for home workouts. Skin has elasticity, and as we age, it loses some. It takes longer to respond than when younger. Use collagen, drink lots of water. Keep with the healthy program.
