Eh, not a fan. What's the purpose? You give me a reason to do them, and I can show you why they are no more effective than straight sets. I do, however, like to alternate between upper and lower body lifts while doing TBT, similar to what sheiko popularized.

Ehhh. So then shorten your rest periods, you will get a better GH release that way due to the increased lactic acid. Yes, they shorten a workout, and allow you to increase density, but they are not a magic bullet. I do not see this as advanced at all.

How would you go about diet with trainees. Since you can't watch over the person.....24/7 you can write stuff down for them, but what stops it from going one ear out the other?

Cause if they don't see "results" they may bad mouth you....yet be too hard on them....and "in there face" they do the same?

SO is it better to be the nice "thats ok trainer" or being "a hard ass"

simple... I don't prescribe diets. Instead, I prescribe a set of guidelines, as well as a list of foods that I want a certain amount of eaten every day. This will result in a healthier lifestyle, and is much easier to follow than a diet. Also, most people will be more honest when you ask if you followed your guidelines than they would if you ask if they followed a diet.
As for how hard to push them... Once you get a reputation with your members, you will not have to seek clients, they will seek you... At this point, you can now reject certrain clientele. I always asked for a detailed and rated level of how hard each client was willing to work during my assessment. If it was less than 7, then I wouldn't usually take them. This also allows you to guage how far you can push them.
