There's a couple hundred thousand books out there that might answer your questions. :) The best thing you can do is get a little more knowledge and have more specific questions. Not to put you off but there's several ways to answer your questions. I'd recommend using the search at the bottom of the page and you'll be amazed how many times this has been answered. You might also want to check out the Fitness Plan tab at the top of the page. The workout routines will cover what you want to do as far as workout routine and rep range. Once you get more comfortable with the routines you can start to modify them on your own if you want. Welcome to the site by the way.
