I been taking Cellmass and i was woundering if its safe to take no xplode at my age 16, i work out 4 to 5 times a week doing squats twice a week and benching twice a week

probably yes...but it's mostly likely going to be a waste of money for you...you have to take around 10-15g daily in several dosages to get the benefits of the supplement....3-5 g in most supplements is a waste ....

also whya re you not training your whole body? if you want to stick to just a few freeweight exercises....do so that cover your entire body

squats
deadlifts
incline bench press
military press
pullup/chin ups
shrugs
close grip bench press
SLDLs
rows
calf raises

i would split up those exercises and do them 2-4 days a week.....squats and bench are very good exercises but in themselves they are incomplete...
