okay so here's the deal. I'm 23. i used to dance and cheer before i had my son, but i never had to really workout or anything becasue I was always just naturally thin and in shape. BOY HAS THAT CHANGED! I don't even know where to find my body under all this....I don't even know what to call it. anywho, my problem is this. I want to start going to the gym, and i have a few times, but i get there and I'm like...okay..now what? I do cardio and some of the weight machines...but i always leave feeling like i could have done more or better. I though about hiring a personal trainer, but i feel like if i knew more about weights and all that, then I would be fine. where's the best place to find information on this. I'd really like to be able to get in shape enough to do fitness modeling...but that's IF i can get in great shape (which I believe i can) any info would be GREATLY appreciated!. thanks

Start by filling out the Fitness Plan. It'll give you a nice routine to follow on days you specify, muscles you specify, and what you have to work with (free weights and/or machines, or neither).

Print it out and take it with you to the gym and you won't feel like you're going in there blindly.
