so say you're dieting kind of thing and you're running and all..
but what happens when you really really really wanna eat something, but you're not suppose too?
and then motivation.......

Well, when i want to eat something, i refure to my 'promise'.
Me and my frined are both on a diet, and we both wrote out a promise to each other about what we wouldn't eat (biscuits, chocolate etc) for a set amont of time, say a month...and we stick to it simply becuase its a PROMISE to each other.
soo maybe you could do that with your friend too?

What I do is keep a good stash of health snacks around; unsalted peanuts or almonds, EAS makes some REAL good bars that taste sinfully bad but are not at all (carb control line) and then theres always protien drinks like Muscle Milk (I use chocolate milk, tastes great), these things will help you fullfill the need to eat something without ruining your regimen, just remember to still eat responsible portions.

well if you're hungry, dont starve urself..this is one of the worst things u can do because it contradicts ur diet..being on a diet u plan to lose weight..by not eating, ur metabolism slows down, which does the exact opposite of what u want, if indeed that is ur goal..therefore just use ur common sense and eat a healthy food, but in moderation..

I like to stick to a healthy diet during the week, on the weekends I treat myself to whatever I want, but in moderation and proper portion sizes. This is my treat for a job well done sticking to my healthy diet during the week.
When you go grocery shopping, always make a list before you go. Make a list of healthy choices only, and when you go grocery shopping, stick to the list and dont buy extra junk you dont need. Not having junk in the house will help you stay on track with your healthy eatting goals!
